10. Payments, Refunds & Cancellation

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. LexAggregator does not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or expiration date at any time.

Subscriptions: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are issued for cancellations.

One-time purchases (credit packs, product reports): Because AI-generated reports are delivered immediately upon purchase, one-time purchases are non-refundable once the report has been generated. If a report fails to generate due to a system error, you may request a full refund by contacting support@lexaggregator.com within 30 days of purchase.

Disputes: If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
